Your Spiritual Self-Leadership
Journey

“May you have the hindsight to know where you’ve been, the foresight to know where you are going, and the insight to know when you have gone too far.”

– Irish Blessing

How do I embark on this journey?

The Spiritual Self-Leadership model can help guide you in this journey. Each of its six principles can be exercised in whole or in part, at any time and in any order. The principles are not ranked in any order and can be exercised in conjunction with another or on its own.

The two headings Focus on Self and Taking Self into Community represent one’s inner and outer lives. These principles are designed to foster a sense of belonging and identity creation, both essential to our personal and professional lives.
